Job responsibilities:

1. Formulate new motor driver hardware scheme, divide system functional modules, and determine performance indicators;

2. Responsible for completing the motor driver hardware schematic design, device selection, PCB design, BOM and hardware production document output;

3. Be responsible for the technical support for the production of hardware boards and patches, and ensure the quality of hardware production;

4. Be responsible for the function, performance, environment, EMI, reliability and other tests of hardware, and achieve stable mass production of hardware;

5. Connect with the production department or outsourcing unit to realize the stable production transfer of hardware, track the production and provide technical support, and solve the technical problems in production in a timely manner;

6. Assist embedded software engineers to complete relevant software tests, and provide hardware technical support (complete some low-level tests).

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, automation, etc., with more than three years of embedded hardware design experience;

2. Proficient in basic knowledge of digital circuit and analog circuit, strong circuit analysis ability and problem solving ability, familiar with the design and debugging of peripheral hardware circuits of ARM, DSP, FPGA and other processors;

3. Proficient in using one of the EDA tools in Candence and PADS, with experience in developing 4-layer and above hardware circuits;

4. Be familiar with the manufacturing, welding and quality inspection process of circuit board, and know about relevant processes;

5. Master the basic knowledge of EMC and reliability, and be able to solve the abnormal problems in EMC testing;

6. Have the ability to develop some embedded software in C, C++language and STM32 platform, and have experience in hardware bottom driver development and debugging is preferred.
